54 Hip, Glute and Ab Strength
We are stretching and strengthening the hips a ton in this class (great for sitting bodies) and then we stand on the roller for Glute work. Calves and glutes get super strong this way! We then drop down into some nice, deep ab work that will get you feeling the burn.
