This class takes two tennis balls up the whole length of the back, but also opens the chest and combs through big lower body muscles ike the quads, glutes and lower back.
**Feeling a bit disorganized or clunky your first few classes is NORMAL. This way of moving is a practice that improves over time and becomes more rewarding the more comfortable you get with the movement. Give yourself some grace if you're a new roller and hit that pause button whenever you need to slow down.
