I have some ropiness in my arms and a nagging knot/weakness in one of my deltoids. I love the general shoulder mobility and shoulder rehab videos, but I'd love some help getting into the deltoids and muscles of the upper arms. It is tricky to figure out how to roll them out! I also wonder if there are other muscles/areas to explore if you feel weakness in the deltoids.
