The requests for this class were basically the whole back of the body and the whole front of the body and somehow I think we got there! Calves, glutes, hamstrings, lower back and belly, lats, ribcage and triceps with quads and a deep neck stretch to start. Enjoy.
**Feeling a bit disorganized or clunky your first few classes is NORMAL. This way of moving is a practice that improves over time and becomes more rewarding the more comfortable you get with the movement. Give yourself some grace if you're a new roller and hit that pause button whenever you need to slow down.
