This way of moving is a practice that improves over time and becomes more rewarding the more comfortable you get with the movement. Give yourself some grace if you're a new roller and hit that pause button whenever you need to slow down.

This class is a deep scrub with the tennis/pinky balls. We'll scrub the feet, calves, glutes, back and psoas all with the balls. Best to do this class when nice and warm and ready for some deeo work.
